What is the processing time

Due to overwhelming support our current processing time is around two to three weeks.  Processing time is the time it takes us to make your item before it is shipped. If you chose expedited shipping, that is the shipping speed and does not speed up processing. 

 

What do you do with leftover fabric?

We strive to make as little waste as possible. Any scraps that are too small to use for face wipes are cut into shreds and donated to other makers who use it to stuff animal beds.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within one week of receiving the item. Please email us at hello@modernmamaco.com with any concerns about your order.

 What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the made to order nature of our products, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. 

What do you package your items in?

Trying to be as eco friendly as possible, we send orders in biodegradable mailer bags made with recycled material. During the pandemic, these can be harder to find and things will sometimes be sent out in reusable mailers that can be used twice before having to be disposed of. We like to keep shipping as affordable as possible and we feel this packaging method makes that possible. We are always striving to be better to the planet and accept any suggestions you might have.
